Partitions

Our Management Team can provide design solutions for fire, acoustic & thermal performance of partitioning, lining & ceiling systems tested and warrantied by all the major manufacturers to offer our clients the most cost-effective proposals to meet the individual requirements of any given project.

All our teams of fixers are trained and experienced in installing partitioning and lining systems as supplied by all three of the main drylining manufacturers, i.e. Siniat, British Gypsum and Knauf. This level of expertise ensures installations are built to the correct design specifications first time and vastly reduces the level of snagging/post install corrective works. We take a “belt and braces” approach to installations, often going above and beyond the manufacturer’s minimum recommendations where our experience has taught us that the manufacturer’s requirements can still lead to future problems arising.

Plastering/Tape & Jointed Finishing

Whether this be 3mm skim coats or taping to plasterboard, which goes hand in hand with our partitioning works, or 2-coat Hardwall and Finish to blockwork, concrete and the like, we have teams of time-served tradesmen ready to answer our client’s needs.

Suspended Ceilings

We work closely with the main Suspended Ceiling manufacturers e.g. Armstrong, AMF, Rockfon, Knauf and many others to be able to offer our clients a comprehensive design advice service to establish the most suitable products for any particular acoustic and/or fire requirements.

Steel Frame Systems

We work with the likes of Metsec, Kingspan, EOS and Intelligent Steel who all offer different pros and cons within their own individual designs, which allows us to propose the best system to suit the unique requirements of each and every project.
